If you have had an allergy diagnosed by your doctor your experience is of interest to us and we would like to invite you to take part in a survey.
This survey, which aims to provide us with valuable information on today's allergies, will help to establish and compare allergy trends across Europe. It will be conducted in five languages and we would appreciate it if you can take a few minutes to tell us about your allergy experiences.
It won't take long and you can take part anonymously if you wish. Alternatively, you may leave your personal details and we will inform you of the results of the survey once it is complete. However, your responses will remain anonymous.
If you are under 18 years old, this survey should be answered under the supervision of an adult.
